One size doesn’t fit all. Depending on what you need, we can offer a range of bespoke versions of our courses and other programmes which can either fit in with existing development programmes (see examples of Our Work for some of our experience with this) or be stand alone facilitated sessions or workshops.

The Thinking Environment® isn’t just a technique. It’s a way of being with each other that encourages the finest independent thinking. It’s a way that a business can live out its values, engage all staff, let voices be heard and make people feel they are making a difference and adding value to the team. More and more, employees want to be part of something special, be happy at work and have autonomy. The Ten Components of a Thinking Environment, when adopted as a way to think together, is a radical step towards best possible workplace culture.
Using the Thinking Environment® framework which generates creative, clear thinking, we can help you to think through whatever challenges you or your team might be facing with easeful facilitation. We can work with you on strategic away days, team or Board meetings and we will work closely with you to prepare your agenda and help you to get courageous, innovative thinking and results from the day.
Price is dependent on what’s needed, but as a guideline we charge is £1,500 per day for businesses, less for charities.
Transforming Meetings ™
Meetings fill up to 50% of our time but how useful are they? Some very simple techniques such as framing agenda topics as questions and taking roughly equal turns in a round to think about the questions, uninterrupted, can transform the quality of the thinking in a meeting.
This one day programme teaches the first steps in holding more productive, creative thinking meetings where all voices are heard and independent thinking flourishes. Available for up to eight people, this programme is perfect for teams who want to run great meetings where everyone’s thinking is heard.
We introduce the 10 Components of a Thinking Environment® and practice the Building Blocks, namely Thinking Pairs, Rounds, Dialogue and Open Discussion, which can be used in meetings, group discussion, 1:1s and appraisals, and we use real life issues to show how fruitful this approach can be.
Motherhood Without the Guilt
‘What are you assuming that’s holding you back from being the best mother you can be?’
We offer a powerful one day programme helping working mothers to think afresh about their roles as mothers, as employees, as wives and many more roles. We use Thinking Environment® facilitation principles to create a space for exploring this critical subject, questioning our assumptions and creating new thinking so that mothers can be free of limiting thinking in all areas of their lives and, hopefully, be happier and more balanced as a result.
